TaxJar’s Inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Report

We are experiencing an unprecedented time; a time when the importance of our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging has never been greater. At TaxJar, we are dedicated to building a company that better represents our teams’ and customers’ communities while fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment. We are proud to stand by our commitment by publishing our inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Report
It doesn’t stop here. We will continue to champion inclusive policies in the tech space (and beyond) that support racial equity, women, veterans, LGBTQ+, those with mental variations, and other underrepresented groups.
In the following pages, you will see our core values front and center alongside the data and initiatives that represent our efforts from December 2019 to present day. This report, our actions and our goals are imperative tools so we may drive toward measurable change.
